Recitals  & Performance Opportunities
This is an opportunity to perform your polished piece on stage!  Invite friends and family to support you and cheer you on.  Plus, nothing gets you practicing like an upcoming performance!
 Recitals are held in the Geery Theater, located at 2130 L street. (downstairs in the Pease Conservatory).  There is a beautiful (and tuned) grand piano available for pianists and students bringing their own accompanists.  (Accompaniment is available for beginning students for no extra cost, but you must pre-arrange with Ingrid)

$20 per performer, which includes one guest.  Additional tickets may be purchased for $10 each. 
Performance Workshops

As much as practicing your instrument helps develop your skill, practicing performing in front of an audience helps you become more comfortable and confident on stage. The more experience you have, the easier it becomes.  

Come practice your performance skills in a friendly and supportive environment.  This is not a recital, and audience is limited to 1 person per performer.  If your music teacher would like to hear your practice performance, they are welcome to attend as well.

Saturday January 24 - Performance Workshop  2:00 pm youth / 4:00 pm  Adult 
Saturday March 28 - Performance Workshop 2:00 pm  youth. / 4:00 pm Adult 
Sunday April  19 - Audition Workshop 2:00 pm (Geared towards Sacramento Youth Symphony Auditions) 

​Open to all ages, acoustic instruments and skill levels.  Performers may play unaccompanied or bring their own accompanist. If using recorded accompaniment, you must provide all of your own sound equipment unless otherwise arranged ahead of time.  Please email [email protected] with questions regarding accompaniment / sound.  $25 per performer and includes one guest. This is NOT a performance and additional audience is not permitted.
