Ms. Olivia specializes in teaching our youngest students, and is a fun and creative teacher for our littlest violinists. She also loves teaching adult beginners! Ms. Olivia will be welcoming new students ages 3 and up into her studio again in November of 2026, and will be available on Sundays at the Pease Conservatory. |
Student Teachers
Our student teachers are high school seniors and accomplished musicians. They are available to younger students as practice helpers, both online and in-person at the Pease Conservatory. Perfect for beginningn students in school programs who need extra one-on-one instruction and for students who need a practice partner between lessons with their primary teacher.
Rates for student teachers vary from $30 - $45 per session, depending on student needs. To get started with one of our student teachers, please request a consultation with the program director Ingrid Tracy.

SacIMA founder and director Ingrid Tracy has taught hundreds of students in her 30+ year teaching career, and has seen her students go on to enjoy successful careers as professional musicians and music educators, as well as teachers, doctors, engineers, lawyers, and other well-rounded professionals who carry with them a deep connection, understanding, and love of music.
Ingrid is a trained instructor of the Suzuki violin method, and is well-versed in both classical and contemporary styles including fiddle and jazz violin. She specializes in beginners of all ages and technique rehabilitation. Ingrid is also available for audition coaching. |
